Waterside at Coquina Key

Waterside at Coquina Key in St. Petersburg, the largest apartment condominium conversion in Florida’s history is a marquis development for Prospect. Given a world class waterfront site on Tampa Bay, Prospect completed extensive interior and exterior renovations, built a new 8,000 sf Yacht Club, 210 boat slips, and a full complement of resort-style amenities. The result was a resort style boating community with 912 waterfront units, many with boat slips and all with spectacular water views.
